Having STAT Biomedical means that our office never has to worry that we are unable to perform a diagnostic test due to a faulty piece of equipment. They come out and replace it with a loaner until our machine can be repaired. Their prompt response to our needs - usually the same day or within 24 hours - is critical to keeping my providers and patients happy and healthy.

When I call STAT with an autoclave issue they try to resolve it over the phone. They are quick to send someone to take a look at it on site if it can't be resolved over the phone. Best part is they always show up with a backup loaner so I never run into any downtime.

I also wanted to mention that the job Thatcher did 2 weeks ago when fixing an old large scale. Great money savings by not having to buy a new piece of equipment . He did a fantastic job and is very pleasant to work with. Thank you Dee.
